Ligia Mendizabal, a Guatemalan-born artist and long-time native of Corpus Christi, was featured in volume 4 of Migraineur. In response to the many expressions of interest we received from the readership, we have included here further examples of her work and a link for more information. Ligia freely acknowledges that her migraine has influenced both her artistic productivity and the character of the art itself: "Colors simply appear...well, different to me when my migraine is active.
